• I hope you all went to the Applause web-site and looked at the schedule
  I hope you looked at the class schedule at the end. Most classes or for 10 and older.
  I asked about ya’ll being in High School Musical 2 they said that was fine but they have to make all the rehearsals. They may not do much if they’re little but they can participate if they want.
  I wish ya’ll could have watched the performance I saw today it was so awesome

• Plan on dancing:

  I will let you know a more exact time depending on how you look Thursday.

• No practice June 23rd - June 27th unless you look really bad. We will have to fit it in between my regular classes and camps. Solos should use this time. Power Pak is the next week.
  We will all practice July 5th, 6th, & 7th. Solos begin on the 9th. Groups should be Friday and Saturday. I do not have a schedule yet.

• June 9th - 13th seems to be a very busy week for people.

• Competition Team Summer Schedule
  I don't know if you saw in the paper Amanda's shop burned. We need to keep her in our prayers.
  I need for someone to send me the schedule for the Flashettes, the pageant schedule for both Jr. dancers and princesses, and the cheerleading schedule.
  I will work this schedule the best I can.

• Next week June 2nd - 6th I have time between 11am and 6pm
  The week of June 9th -13th I have time between 11am and 6pm
  The week of June 16th - 20th I have time 3:30pm - 6:00pm
  June 23rd - July 3rd I have no time
  We can rehearse late on July 4th and everyday until we leave.

• Garage Sale Saturday May 3, 2008 7:00 a.m. until at the Mutual Credit Union parking lot on South Frontage Rd. All proceeds go to the Debra Franco Preparatory School of Dance Competition Team. Children size 18-months to adult-size-3x clothes, toys, and other items. Flyer

• We will not have competition practice till after recital. They will perform in the recital and they will come to rehearsals in May, but we will have no more individual rehearsals.
  I am leaning strongly toward Nationals in Gatlinburg Tennessee July 9 -13. Let me know if we have any conflicts on these dates. I'm pretty sure this will work. I did not see any conflicts on the audition forms.

• I am missing one trophy from this trip and I have one pair of pants left, an XL.
  I am fixing to bill everyone for the embroidering. Please help me: I'm confused on who got what. I know some people did not send theirs back and some did not send the pants. Please check your statement and let me know if I mess up.

• We will have practice this Saturday. I'm working on the schedule.
  I have the photo CD at the studio - please pick one up. I don't know who has one and who does not. The video has not come in yet.
  I still have not sent the team suits back to be embroider. I don't have all of them. I'm not sure we can get them back in time now. We might just wait till after Memphis.
  Help me make sure I have the order correct. Benita swapped pants. Pam returned her pants. Ginny's mother needs a smaller size tops and bottoms. Amanda needs larger pants. Rena needs larger pants. Marneicha needs larger pants.
  Kennedy, Emme, and Ms Debra are keeping both suits. Is this right? Is there more?
  I am trying to decide on summer Nationals. Please e-mail me any conflicts.

• It is possible that I will have to go out of town for a funeral so we will practice on Wednesday and see how it goes.
  We still need to see if we can get on a stage for about an hour.
  I did not get the sizes needed for the team jackets. Molleigh is suppose to be calling everyone now. If we can’t get you maybe you could e-mail me what sizes you need. I really need to place the order tomorrow to get them in time.

• We're meeting Saturday, March 8 at 2 at the dance school to discuss fundraising. Leigh will run the meeting. I also need everybody to try on jackets and tell Leigh your size. We need to place an order on Monday if we want to have them for the next competition.

• The next competition, Applause in Baton Rouge, will only be Sunday, the 16th.

• Jackets are in. They run small and are fitted. The kids will love them the adults will not. I Ordered a med and the pants are too small. If someone can't wear a large I want them. We can send back and exchange but not by the weekend. We will rehearse Friday at 3:30 - run thru everything once. Can get jackets and jewelry then if you want.

• I have a problem with the necklaces. They might be in tomorrow. If any of you have extra's we can use please let me know. I know the Flashettes have some. We can try to borrow for this weekend. I think I only need 4.

• We are doing all dances on Saturday except for Molleigh's solo.
  We have a MANDATORY dress rehearsal Tuesday at 3:30.
  Very few are replying to my e-mails I hope you are getting them.
  I'm going to try and call now about jackets I'm sorry very few people put aniy thing on the list.

• I still need to know shoe sizes.
  I'm going to use flat tan tap shoes for the older girls tap. If you don't want me to order you a pair say so.
  Applause is having a competition in Baton Rouge March 15-16. If you want me to I'll see if we can get in. Personally I think 2 might be enough with every thing else the older kids are doing but tell me what you want to do.

• I still need shoe sizes from Jayla Wilson and Erin Fordice. Last call for Make-up and jewelry. I'm supposed to get the schedule today but it hasn't come yet.

• I need to know who has pierced ears and who does not so I can order jewelry. I need to know which previously-on-team child needs jewelry.
  I need to know who needs make-up. The kits we use are $44 - eye shadow, rouge, lip liner and color. Of course I can get pieces for previous team members if you need something.

• I was looking for one March 15 but can't find anything. The one I though we would do they have to be a least 7 yrs old.
  There are a lot on March 9th but I didn't want to go 2 weekends in a row. The 22nd is Easter weekend. The 29th is Prom - that would be 2 in a row again.
  I have not looked at April 26th that would be the next weekend we did not have a conflict.
  Maybe 2 regionals are enough. We'll see what I can find.
