Kristen Collianeli has danced lead and solo roles with Spokane Ballet, Alberta Ballet, Ballet Bellevue, National Bolivian Ballet, Eglevsky Ballet,and Folksoper Ballet (Austria). She has trained with Stanely Holden (L.A.), David Howard (New York), Stephanie Saland (New York City Ballet) and Magali Messac (American Ballet Theatre). She has a B.A. in performing Arts from Cornish College of the Arts and she studied classical voice at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama. She won the 2001 Levine Career Grant in both classical voice and ballet and has performed in operas, musicals, and operettas throughout the US and Europe and has also appeared in numerous television commercials and music videos including Toyota, American Cancer Society, Bayliner Boats, Marshall Fields, Honda Motorcycles, Northern Exposure Television show, Sarah Conner MTV, etc. Kristen is also an experienced teacher and choreographer, having many of her students go on to be excepted into The American Ballet Theatre Summer School Programs. She currently plays keyboard in a National and International touring band and will be performing for the American Army Troops in South Korea this December in a hip-hop/jazz review. |
