I am honored to be allowed to play a role in the growth of the wonderful children you see onstage in this performance. A foundation in the performing arts is good preparation for life, no matter what path one follows. Dancers who were Angels, Ornaments, or Gingerbread in the past are now lead dancers, and former lead dancers are now pursuing careers ranging from architecture to microbiology, as well as dance. Thank you to everyone who has helped—especially the Birch, Booth, Calnan, Jolly, Kleinhans, Norris, and Ogle families.
