Sat Dec 8th

Rehearsal here at the studio

9:00-10:00             Snow all three groups and the ice princess

10:00-12:00           Everyone – except 3 & 4 year old angels

I  need to see costumes at this time

need parents to help today and back stage

12:00-12:30           Lunch

12:30- 2:00            regular Jazz class

2:00-4:00               Everyone

4:00-5:00               Icicles

5:00-6:45               Snowmen

6:45-7:45               Snowflakes

No turns and tap

Sunday Dec 9th

4:30-5:30      Littlest angels – 3 and 4 year olds

5:30-7:30      Everyone

Friday Dec 14th          3:30 – till

at the Vicksburg Little Theater

This will be the only rehearsal on stage except for perhaps Ms Tower’s class

Don’t forget Sunday after the show the PARTY!

Please bring your best Christmas dish.

I need parents to help in the dressing room during the entire show or have someone replace you when you want to go watch. You will need to help the children change costume and to keep them calm, quite, and safe. I need to know who you are and that we have enough help. This area is small and we don’t want too much help either. You can’t just show up and stay in the greenroom.

Remember No Food or Drinks in the Theater, especially at rehearsal.

We do have someone coming to video the performance

Videos will be $30

We need help at the auditorium setting up the scenery.

I’m not sure of the times.  I know Wednesday

I will need to check with both Randy’s for a definite time.

All students wear their hair in a bun except 3 & 4 year old angels
