Our show is set for Sunday May 21st at 2:00pm

At the Vicksburg City Auditorium

Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children 12 and under.

Seats are reserved and must be paid for at the time of reservations

This is new but money will have to be paid in order to reserve your seats.

Tickers will go on sale as soon as I get them.

All rehearsals will be here at the studio except the last one.

That one will be held at the city auditorium.

I need each student’s name printed on a separate piece of paper the way you want it to appear in the program. Please return no later than May 5th

It is very important that I have students here to help with the younger students.

I expect most of the students 6th grade and older to be here to help with the younger students

Students do not wear costumes to or from the theater.

Hair and makeup should be done at home because of limited space and lighting.

Parents are not allowed back stage during the show.

Your children will be safe.

You may come backstage and help them during intermission

We will not start an Act until parents are out of the dressing area and hallways.

We would like to keep intermissions as short as possible. This is not picture time.

We do have professional photographers.

Movement during a number is very rude. I have had children cry and upset because people got up and left in the middle of their dance. Please limit all movement to in-between numbers.

Students who are not in an act should sit in the auditorium and watch that act.

They may not wear their costumes into the auditorium.

You should reserve them a seat with you but you do not pay for their seat.

Awards will be last again this year. I would like for everyone to stay for awards.

I do not think flowers or gifts are appropriate for recital. If you must do this please do it at home before or after the show. Yes I cannot control my mother either but please keep this to a minimum and be careful not to upset children who do not get a gift.

Dance in itself is a gift.
