Nutcracker

This is our year to present our very own production of Nutcracker.

Our dates have been set for December 16th and 17th.

This performance is not mandatory but is strongly encouraged.

Nutcracker is a show that requires different age groups to dance together.

Most practices will be on Saturday and Sunday.

Our auditions are on Sunday September 10th

5-6-7 year olds 2:00 –3:00

8-9-10 year olds 3:00-4:00

11 and older 4:00-5:00

Everyone returns 6:00-8:00 to try on costumes and see different ages together.

Students do not audition separately. It will feel like class.

I will teach them a piece and my staff and I will watch.

They will each wear a number and you must fill out a form.

They wear leotards, tights, ballet shoes and their hair in a bun.

There is a $40 performance fee for each child.

Tickets will be sold.

They will need their own tights and shoes but costumes will be provided.

3 & 4 year olds may be Act I Angels.

All may participate as long as I have enough costumes.

I could use some little boys in my party scene and perhaps some parents.

This is open to the public. If you have friends who are interested, they are welcome and should not fill obligated to dance here.
