Monday - December 15th

4:30-6:00 class will meet from 4:30 to 5:15 ONLY

We have to be at Covenant House about 5:40

My 6:00-8:00 class will not meet.

About 7:00, or as soon as I can get back form the nursing home, we will start loading trucks and moving things to the theater for Nutcracker. I need Help. I need some men to lift those backdrops.

My 8:00-10:00 class will meet.

Tuesday - December 16th

Both of my preschool classes will meet together at 1:00 - IF my Wednesday class can not come I will not count it against their attendance record.

My 4:45 class will end at 5:45

We need to be at Shady Lawn around 6:10

My 6:00 to 8:00 class will not meet

My 8:00 to 10:00 class will meet

We will start work at the theater on hanging scenery. I am still waiting to find out a time. I need help and newspapers.

Wednesday - December 17th

We need to be at Heritage House around 5:40

My 4:45 class will end at 5:30

My 5:45 class will not meet. Hopefully they came on Tuesday at 1:00

My 6:45 class will come at 7:30 with the next class

My 8:00 class will come at 7:30-8:45

We will again be working at the theater. We need to get as much done in these 2 days as possible. This is the only time that Randy Jolly can be here to supervise. I've had a lot of dads offer to help on the weekends but I need some that can help these 3 days.

Thursday - December 18th

My Friday pre-acrobatic class will meet at 1:00 if possible

Amanda will be taking Nutcracker pictures from 5:00 - 6:30

My 5:00-6:30 class will come 6:30 to 8:00 with the next class

My regular 8:00 class will meet

I hope everything is done at the theater but if not we will finish up on Friday during rehearsal.

Friday - December 19th

No regular Classes

Full Rehearsal on stage.

I have not set the times

Party scene will start at 5:30

We will try and start early since this is 60% day.

I need for someone to tell me what time the students are getting out of school at all the different schools.

We will finish the scenery.

Bring the costumes over.

Decorate the lobby. No one has volunteered to do this yet.

Oddly enough I have a few Nutcrackers we could use.

Saturday - December 20th

Dress rehearsal on stage ready to start at 9:00 am

2:00-4:00 Acrobatics - everyone that takes

You all need a class before Christmas break

Show time 7:00

You need to be at the theater by 6:00

I will take roll and we will warm up

Be ready for 6:00

Do hair and make-up at home - space is limited

Sunday - December 21st

Show time 2:00

Be at the theater for roll call and warm up at 1:00

After the show

Cast party and we must take everything dome and return it to the studio.

Please enjoy the party and stay to help.

Terri Booth has offered to be in charge of clean up this year. We must leave the theater better than we found it.

Christmas Holidays - December 22nd - January 4th

I will need the break but I can't wait to see you again on January 5th

This has been a great first semester. The kids have worked so hard.

I'm sure the nursing homes and Nutcracker will be a great success.
