Tuition

 

Monthly Tuition 1st Class

1       hour      $38

Additional Classes

Ballet & tap is considered your 1st class and is required for all other classes except Jazz.

Jazz may be considered a first class.

To progress in jazz, ballet is strongly recommended.

 

Jazz classes begin at age 9.

Pre-toe classes begin at age 10.

Modern & Pilates classes begin at age 11

  • There is a Registration Fee of $20 for the 1st child with a fee of $15 for each additional child.

  • There is a 10% discount on more than one child.

  • Tuition is due the 1st of the month.

  • I WILL NOT SEND OUT BILLS

  • There is a $10 late fee on Tuition paid after the 15 of the month.

  • Tuition should be dropped in the black mailbox in the lobby.

  •  Students are not allowed to participate in class if tuition is not paid by the end of the month.

  • $30 charge for all returned checks.

Dress Code

 

  1. Plain leotard any color. No attached skirts or layered tops.
  2. T-shirts, shorts and baggy clothing are not allowed
  3. Tights with feet only.
  4. Jazz pants are not allowed
  5. Panties are not worn under leotards.
  6. Skirts may be worn to ballet class the 3rd full week of each month. They may not be attached to the leotard.
  7. All girls wear tan tap shoes. Heels are required for 6th grade and older. Mary Janie for kindergarten and older. 3 & 4 yr olds wear with a tie. Please remove the tie and replace with elastic.
  8. Pink ballet shoes with elastic.
  9. Tan Jazz shoes.
  10. Advanced jazz is required to have two pair of jazz shoes, one the regular flats and the other a heel, Leo’s # 6106.
  11. Boys wear black tap and jazz shoes and white ballet shoes.
  12. Jazz class needs knee pads.
  13. Hair must be pulled back off face. 5th grade and older must have hair in a secured bun.
  14. No jewelry.
  15. All students wear a cover up coming and leaving the building.
  16. Dance shoes are not to be worn outside.

Students who are not properly dressed will not participate.

All shoes from last years show are acceptable. When buying new shoes please buy the required color.

Things to Remember

  • No gum, food, or drink in the building.

  • Students should arrive in time to be prepared for class.

  • Stay in the dressing area until it is time for class to start.

  • If you should happen to arrive late wait at the door until the music has stopped.

  • Students should be picked up promptly at the end of class.

  • Younger children must be accompanied by an adult when leaving the building.

  • Class is mandatory for a good performance. Students missing more than 1/3 of the classes will not be allowed to participate in the performances.

  • Students or their parents should call the studio if a child will be absent.

  • Any student disrupting class will be asked to leave.

  • We are not responsible for injuries on the premises.

Spring Concert

A costume deposit of $10 per student, per costume is due each month Sept. thru Jan. (If your child takes ballet & tap a $20 costume deposit is due each month)

The balance on the costumes is due in February.

These Fees are Non-Refundable

All fees must be paid prior to concert participation.

Admission fee will be charged.

Parents, relatives and friends are not allowed backstage during the performance.

Perfect attendance and Terminology awards are given.
