2007 Recital Preparation

• Miss Dorothy will be selling tickets Monday, May 21, starting at 5:45 p.m.

• Miss Dorothy will be selling tickets Wednesday, May 16, starting at 4:00 p.m.

• We perform at a Nursing Home Covenant House at 6:00, 2850 Porters Chapel Rd (and Indiana Ave. - up on the hill). We will have to hurry from here. Girls may dress in the small studio. You do need your hair in a bun and make-up on. If you have your costume wear it. I have a costume for Chandler. If costumes come in today I will e-mail you. I will give them out after rehearsal. If you are not here I will bring them with me. Please do not buy leotard, skirt, or anything just for the nursing homes. Only one person has told me of any conflict today. Yea!! Remember the nursing home performances are for the residents there. After they have a seat you may move to the back and watch if there is any space available. This is on some notes and not others. I thought we were painting back drop but we are not painting till Thursday so we can dance tonight.

• Saturday May 26th rehearsal will begin at 12:00 noon.
  The week beginning May 14 we will work on backdrops. We will need help!!!

• Miss Dorothy will be selling tickets Monday May 7th, 4:00 till 5:30.

• Don't forget to order T-shirts by Friday, May 4th ($15, all sizes). Order Form. They are white, short-sleeve, with a black heart that says "Dance from the heart." They are required for my Thursday Jazz class. You will wear them on stage for your dance, so order a size that fits, not a sleep shirt. Please staple your check or cash to the order form and put it in the envelope by the door. We must have your order by this Friday May the 4th to have the shirts ready for recital. Your names will be on the back so don't forget to turn in the slip with your names for the programs.
